Your Role:

As an All-Rounder, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Guest Relations: Providing warm and welcoming service, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Front Office Support: Managing check-ins/check-outs, handling reservations, and providing information about local attractions.
• Breakfast Service: Preparing and presenting a delightful breakfast buffet, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
• Bar Service: Mixing and serving drinks, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests to relax and socialize.
• Pool Area Upkeep: Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the pool area, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hospitality Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we also welcome enthusiastic individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: You are a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong Organizational Skills: You are detail-oriented, efficient, and able to multitask effectively.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Greek is essential. German language skills are an advantage.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with PMS systems and online booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com) is beneficial.
• Flexibility & Adaptability: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are willing to adapt to changing priorities.

Legal Requirements:

• Valid Health Certificate (we can assist with obtaining this if necessary).
• EU citizenship or a valid work and residence permit for Greece.
